Designing the flowers for this wedding was so much fun for me! I have known both the bride & groom for over 15 years, which at first made me feel really old but then I just felt really blessed to be a part of their special day! I love seeing how God brings two people together in His perfect timing. Melinda was a daring bride to use all these gorgeous bold colors (which I encouraged, of course!) and seeing it all come together was just breathtaking! The lush coral, eggplant, chartreuse & yellow flowers mixed with the rich textures of the dahlias, succulents & pods was perfect for a summer wedding. Melinda & Andrew are such an adorable couple, which is captured in these beautiful photos by Hope Helms Photography on the campus of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
